Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Since we are not a membership site, there is no membership to cancel. Minutes are subtracted from your balance as the movie plays. You can view as little or as much as you choose. The time you purchase does not expire!

Q: Do you offer a tour of your Website?
A: Yes. You can click "Learn More" in the upper right corner of the top navigation bar on any page.

Q: How do I open an account?
A: Before you can buy minutes packages or download rentals, you must open an account.You will be asked to provide billing information that will allow us to charge for services. When your information is verified, we will create an account for you that you can access by signing in with a User Name and Password that you select.

Q: How do I set up a User Name and Password?
A: Your User name and Password must contain between four and ten characters (letters and numbers only)and include no punctuation. In our system, a Password is case sensitive, for example "ABCD" and "abcd" are not the same.

Q: What are my purchasing options?
A: As a registered account holder, you have two options to view movies at XonDemand: Pay-Per-Minute and Download Rentals. Download Rentals allow you to download a movie onto your computer for unlimited viewing for a designated period of time: 7, 14 or 30 days. If your viewing time is limited, or if you enjoy switching from movie to movie, Pay-Per-Minute may be a better option for you.

Q: What if I forget my password?
A: If you forget your password, you can recover it by correctly answering a reminder question that you provide when you open your account. If you answer the reminder question correctly, we will forward your password to your e-mail address.

Q: Who is authorized to use My Account?
A: Your account is authorized for your use only.

Q: Once I download a rental, can I transfer that movie to another computer?
A: No. Windows Media Downloadable Files are encrypted and stored on our servers. There is a unique license generated for each transaction (purchase) of the content. The license allows the download of the media and allows unlimited playing of the media on that unique machine for a specified amount of time. The unique license key prevents the media from being re-downloaded or shared with another computer, even if the computer belongs to the purchaser.

Q: How will XonDemand charges appear on my credit card bill?
A: A charge appearing on your credit card for our services will be issued from XOD, LLC or Epoch. If you have a question about a charge appearing as Epoch, please visit www.Epoch.com, our authorized sales agent.

Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: Yes. XonDemand uses a standard Internet security technology (SSL) that provides for the protection of transmitted data. All the sensitive credit card data that is passed to us is encrypted and unreadable by any other party.

Q: Do you support download technology or just streaming delivery?
A: We are in the process of installing our Digital Rights Media (DRM) offering. This means that we will have download rentals secured by DRM available in the near future.

Q: Is Real Networks streaming format supported?
A: Real Networks streaming format is currently available on all our streaming sites

Q: Is Windows Media Streaming format supported?
A: Yes, Windows Media Technology is available right now! We currently have less movies available in the Windows Media format, but we are adding new movies every day! If a movie is available in Windows Media format, there will be an option that shows a Windows Media choice on the movie detail page.

Q: How will my personal information be used?
A: XonDemand is committed to safeguarding your privacy. We do not sell or redistribute your confidential information. For details, please click here to see our Privacy Policy, located under the "Help" section.

Q: Why is my computer so slow to respond when I navigate your Site?
A: XonDemand is designed to work best with high-speed, strong broadband Internet connections. If you are using a dial-up phone modem, may want to consider getting a DSL or cable modem service.

Q: Are there spending and transaction limits at XonDemand?
A: Yes. Currently there is a limit of 4 purchases per month and a spending limit of $100 per month per IP address.

Q: Can I view movies on an Apple Macintosh computer?
A: You can, but some static page views may be limited. XonDemand is optimized for a Windows platform as more than 97% of our guests are Windows users.

Q: When will the charge appear on my checking account and what is your refund policy?
A: The time you purchase using your checking account can take up to 3 weeks to post to your account; although, the moment you submit your checking account and are approved, you are immediately given access to all of our movies. We are a pay-per-minute company and you will only be billed for the time that you choose. We DO NOT auto re-bill our customers ever!
